Hi! I’m Caitlin and I love taking photos of the world around me. I worked as an illustrator for many years doing both commercial and private commissions. Opportunity knocked and I have been working in the photography world for the past 14 years.
I’m originally from the mountains of Southern California, but I’ve been fortunate to call Oregon home for the past 22 years. Growing up at a remote biological field station gave me a deep appreciation for the natural world and the beauty that surrounds me every day.
My passion for creativity led me to Idyllwild Arts Academy, where I graduated high school at the top of my class as a Visual Arts major. When I began college at Lewis & Clark College, I initially planned to study biology. However, I quickly realized that while I love science, I’m an artist at heart. Before long, I found myself drawn back to the arts, embracing the creative path that has shaped my life and career ever since.
I absolutely love what I do. I am seriously obsessed with pets (especially dogs!). When I’m not in the office or behind the camera, you can find me traveling the world with my beautiful family, watching sumo wrestling, or playing with power tools.
